Conditions to obtain a birth certificate for registered birth in the Thailand

1. Fill out the Application form

2. Original copies of your Thailand birth certificate

3. Copies of parent’s passports

4. Copies of parent’s consular ID cards

5. A photo ID of the child

6. $20 fee in a money order to the Embassy of Comoros
