Conditions to obtain a Consular card

• A letter to the Ambassador

• Two photo ID attached in an email

• Fill out the application form

Provide a copy of two the following documents:

• National Identification Card

• Old Consular Card

• A copy of your passport, valid or old

• A copy your birth certificate

There is $30 fee associated with Consular Cards application. Only money orders or certified checks to Embassy of Comoros are accepted.
